The process

Six steps from the first email to the first booking.

You know exactly who does what, how long each step takes and when payment is due. Only two of the steps are really on you — the materials at the start and the sign-off at the end.

  1. 01 Materials You

Gather everything the site needs to say about your property.

Design follows content, not the other way round — that's why this step comes first. The more complete the material you send in one go, the shorter and cheaper the rest of the process.

    Photos

    • Exterior, every room, bathroom, kitchen, terrace or pool, surroundings
    • Originals from a phone or camera — not screenshots from Booking
    • Ideally 20–40 of them; we make the final selection together

    Text

    • A description of the property in 3–5 sentences
    • House rules (pets, smoking, noise)
    • Distances: sea, town centre, shop, airport
    • List of amenities: A/C, wifi, parking, pool, barbecue…
    • Your story in two sentences — why your property
    • Extra content — nearby activities and restaurants, blog posts, news and similar, short or long: send us everything you'd like the page to include

    Details

    • Booking details: seasonal prices, space (capacity, m²) and how the property is equipped
    • Company details: tax ID, business name, categorisation certificate number
    • Contact: email, phone, WhatsApp

    If you have them

    • Logo — ideally SVG or PNG without a background
    • An existing domain and its login details
    • Links to your Booking.com and Airbnb listings
    • Social profiles and Google Business listing
    • A design image or a link to a page you like — we'll design in that style
    Missing some of this?

Not a problem. We write the texts together — you tell us, we shape it. Logo, domain and legal texts are on us. The one thing we can't start without is photos: if you don't have them in usable quality, we'll recommend a photographer near you before anything else begins.

  2. 02 Structure & design Us

Structure first, then a design for every page — for you to approve.

From your materials we build the structure: which pages exist and which section goes where. Then we design every page in Figma, around your property — no templates and no “let's see how it turns out”.

    1. You get a Figma link — it opens in the browser, no install and no account needed.
    2. You leave comments by clicking straight on an element: “make this button darker”, “move this photo up”.
    3. Two rounds of changes are included. Any round after that is billed by the hour.
    4. Once you approve the design, the deposit is invoiced and the build starts.

    Why design comes before code

A change in Figma takes ten minutes. The same change on a finished site takes half a day. That's why we don't write a single line of code until you like the design.

  3. 03 Implementation Us

The design becomes a site that runs itself.

This is where everything that works without you gets connected: bookings, emails, calendars and channels. Your job in this step is nothing — you get a private link and watch it come together.

    • Every page built from the approved design — phone, tablet and desktop.
    • Booking module: availability calendar, booking form and live date checks.
    • Automations: email to you, autoresponse to the guest, entry into Google Calendar.
    • Two-way sync with Booking.com and Airbnb — no double bookings.
    • Emails are sent from your own domain (SPF and DKIM) so confirmations don't land in spam.
    • Legal: cookie pop-up, cookie statement and privacy policy.
    • Google Analytics, sitemap and the basic SEO setup.
    • Deployment to the development server — your private preview link.
    What is a development server?

A copy of your site on our address, hidden from the public and invisible to Google. Everything is built and tested there, so your domain and your current site stay untouched until launch day. You get the link at the start of this step and can share it with whoever you like.

  4. 04 Content Together

We fill in the content — then you fine-tune it.

You don't get an empty site and a “over to you”. All the texts, photos, prices and dates are already in place the first time you log into the admin.

    We do

    • Enter all texts and photos
    • Set prices, seasons and rules
    • Crop and optimise images for speed
    • Run a short CMS training — call or recording

    You do

    • Review everything on the preview link
    • Fix and add content directly in the CMS
    • Send us one list of what you can't do yourself
    • Give the final go-ahead for launch
    • You get CMS access in this step, together with the training.
    • One round of corrections is included — so collect all your notes into a single list instead of sending them one by one.
    • You can change the content yourself whenever you want, before and after launch. No fees and no waiting on us.
  5. 05 Launch Us

The site moves to your domain and your server.

Once the content is approved and the balance is paid, we go live. After that you receive every login — the site and the domain are yours, with nothing locked to us.

    • Migration to your hosting, or setting up a new one — we recommend Exabyte.
    • Domain setup, SSL certificate and redirects to the secure address.
    • Google Search Console verification and sitemap submission.
    • Final test: forms, emails, calendar, speed and the mobile view.
    • Handover of all logins and a short instructions document.

    When exactly you pay

Half on design approval (step 02), half before launch (this step). Invoice with VAT, payable within 8 days. Hosting and the domain are paid separately, at cost.

  6. 06 Maintenance Us

Launch isn't the end — a site taking bookings has to work every day.

Maintenance is optional but recommended. A broken contact form in August isn't a technical problem, it's a lost booking — and you only notice it when someone calls to ask why you never replied.

    • Database and file backups — a rollback takes minutes.
    • Security updates for the system and its plugins.
    • 24/7 uptime monitoring — it tells us before you notice.
    • Regular checks of forms, emails and broken links.
    • A report on what was done, plus your traffic overview.

Honestly

What usually slows a project down

The 14-day timeline holds on almost every project. When it doesn't, the reason is usually one of these three — and all three can be avoided up front.

Materials arrive in batches

Design can't start on half the material. Better to spend three more days collecting and send it all at once than to send it in five instalments over two weeks.

Sending changes one at a time

Write down every revision and change you want on the page at once, instead of sending just one every so often. One long list gets handled faster than five short messages scattered across a week.

Changes after design approval

Anything is possible, but changing the structure once the build has started means a new date and hourly billing. That's exactly why step 02 exists.

Working together

Questions before we start

Questions about the product itself — syncing, payments and plans — live on the homepage and in the price list.

Ask a question
Do I need a domain before we start?

No. If you don't have one, we'll suggest a few that are free and buy the one you pick — registered in your name. If you already have one, we only need the login details, and only in step 05.

What if I don't like the design?

That's exactly why you approve it before a single line of code is written. Two rounds of changes are included and in practice that's almost always enough. If we've missed the mark entirely, we start a new proposal.

Can I change the content myself later?

Yes, with no limits and no fees. The CMS is yours and the training comes in step 04. Texts, photos, prices and dates — all editable from a browser, on a phone or a laptop.

Do you work with sites that already exist?

Yes. We migrate the existing content to the new site and redirect the old addresses so you don't lose your Google rankings. Your current site keeps running normally until the new one launches.

I need the site before the season. Is that doable?

Tell us the date in your first email and we'll plan backwards from it. If we honestly can't make it, we'll say so straight away instead of promising and running late. For urgent cases a rush slot is possible, at a surcharge.

Step 01 starts with one email.

Describe the property in two sentences and we'll come back with a suggested plan and a rough timeline — no strings attached.
