Do I have to switch off Booking.com and Airbnb?

No. You keep your listings active. Our site simply adds a commission-free direct channel and automatically syncs calendars across all platforms so no double booking can occur.

Do I need technical skills?

No. The admin is simple and made for everyone. You edit text, photos, prices and the calendar in a few clicks. For everything else, we're here.

How does payment work?

In the basic plans the guest books directly and you settle payment on your own terms (bank transfer or payment on arrival). Card payments online are part of the Enterprise plan — the money goes straight to your account and we take no percentage of the booking.

What if the calendars don't sync in time?

Availability is always re-checked at the moment of booking, so a double booking can't happen. You also get an alert on every possible conflict.

How long does the build take?

Usually under 14 days from receiving materials and the deposit. It mostly depends on how quickly you provide photos and content.

I have multiple properties. Is that possible?

Yes. We support multi-property setups (up to 5 units) with their own pages and a shared overview. Send us the details and we'll prepare a quote.
