What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form on this site, we collect:

• your name,
• your email address,
• your phone number (if you enter one),
• the name and location of your property (if you enter them),
• the text of your message.

We also record technical data needed to run and secure the site (IP address, access time, browser type).

Why we process it

• Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote — the legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Site security and protecting the form from abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Traffic measurement — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for at most 24 months after the last communication, unless the enquiry leads to a contract — statutory retention periods then apply.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors necessary to run the site: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider and Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA), and only to the extent needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object. You can withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to info@visturo.eu — we answer within 30 days.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
